If you have an existing account with us, please login to access your Online Store Credit. 

Please check your order and log in using the same email address as you have keyed in to place orders with us. This will ensure you can access your Online Store Credit as it is tied to the same email address you had used when placing your order.

STEP 1: Login to your nichii account.

STEP 2: Add your preferred nichii garments to your cart.

STEP 3: Click on ‘My Account’ found at the top right side of the homepage.

STEP 4: Click on ‘Store Credit’ found at the middle right side of the page.

STEP 5: Click on ‘Redeem For Discount’ found at the left side of the page.

STEP 6: Enter the amount you would like to redeem into ‘Redeem Amount’.

STEP 7: Copy the Discount Code generated.

STEP 8: Paste the discount code into the ‘Discount Code’ box found at your ‘Order Summary’ and click Apply.

STEP 9: Your discount will be applied right before payment.

*NOTE:
1. Items bought with Online Store Credit will not be eligible for any exchange nor return.
2. Only ONE Discount or Promo Code can be applied at any given time. This means that if you have received a Promo Code for any ongoing promo, you will not be able to use it together with your Online Store Credit discount code in the same transaction.
3. There may be instances where your Online Store Credit discount cannot be applied on certain promotions, subject to respective promo's Terms and Conditions. Terms & Conditions apply. For clarification, please write to us at hello@nichii.com.

STEP 1: Click on Login at the top right corner of the homepage.

STEP 2: Select ‘Create an Account’ and follow the steps to register an account with us.
