Shipping policy

 

For orders RM150.00 & above for Peninsular Malaysia and RM180.00 & above for East Malaysia, you will be eligible for free shipping.

The following shipping rates apply effective January 1, 2023:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM10.00 per kg (for single orders below RM150.00)
East Malaysia: RM16.00 per kg (for single orders below RM180.00)

For Singapore orders: flat rate RM30.00 shipping per order.
NOTE: Only applicable on nichii's products. Co-branded or collaboration brand products are not eligible and will not be accounted towards minimum spend to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

The end payment, after deducting all discounts, store credits and promo codes must exceed RM150 (for West Malaysia) and RM180 (for East Malaysia) in order to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
